Accessing Bulk Actions from LinkedIn Search

While searching for people on LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, you can use Birdie to export the search results to your CRM in bulk, and to reach out to multiple people at the same time.

Select the people you want to target and the bulk action you want to perform

Bulk actions

The following bulk actions are available to use:

Save will export all the selected people to your CRM.
Connect will send connection requests to all the selected people.
Message will send messages to all the selected people. Note that you must be connected to these people in order to send messages,
InMail will send InMails to all the selected people.

You can choose from these actions when viewing a list of people in LinkedIn or Sales Navigator.

From a Sales Navigator search

First select the people you want to perform a bulk action on and then click Save , Connect , Message or InMail .

From a Sales Navigator lead list

First select the people you want to perform a bulk action on and then click Save , Connect , Message or InMail .

From a LinkedIn search

First select the people you want to perform a bulk action on and then click Save , Connect , or Message .

From your recently accepted connections (for bulk sending messages only)

First select the people you want to message and then click Bulk Message .
