Connecting Birdie to Google Sheets
Prerequisites
You need to use Google Chrome as your browser to connect Birdie to Google Sheets. You also need to be logged into a Google account within Chrome. You can log in by clicking on the avatar at the top right corner.
Instructions
In Birdie's options, set your CRM to Google Sheets
.
You will see a popup asking you to give Birdie access to your Google Sheets.
Logging in and giving Birdie access
If you were redirected here from the setup process, it is very important that you:
- Do not close the login window before completing all the steps.
- Make sure you click
Select all
when choosing what to give Birdie access to.
You can return to your Birdie options and try again.
First, choose a Google account to use with Birdie.
You may see a screen asking you to Sign in to Birdie
. Click Continue
.
On the next screen, make sure you give Birdie access to your Google Drive by clicking Select all
(1). Then click Continue
(2).
Choose your Google Sheets CRM
If you don't have a Google Sheets CRM yet, you can create one by clicking the Add
icon (1). If you have an existing CRM, choose it in the select input under CRM Spreadsheet
(2).
Afterwards, Birdie will save your settings automatically.
