Connecting Birdie to Google Sheets
Prerequisites
You need to use Google Chrome as your browser to connect Birdie to Google Sheets. You also need to be logged into a Google account within Chrome. You can log in by clicking on the avatar at the top right corner.
- You need to obtain a pre-formatted Google Sheet to connect Birdie properly. You can create one yourself. Please reach out to the Birdie team (hello@getbirdie.io) if you need further assistance.
Instructions
In Birdie's options, set your CRM to Google Sheets
(1). You will see a popup asking you to give Birdie access to your Google Sheets. Log in with your Gmail account and give Birdie access.
Set the CRM Spreadsheet
to the name of the Google Sheet that will serve as your CRM (2).
Click Sign in with Google
to save your CRM settings (3).
You click on the link underneath CRM Spreadsheet
to open your Google Sheets CRM (4).
