SFDC Report: Time Series for Total LinkedIn Activity

Purpose

This report will show you a time series of your team's total LinkedIn activities. This is useful if you want to make sure that your team is being consistent with their overall level of LinkedIn outreach.

Instructions

When creating a new report, set the type to Tasks and Events (2) under Activities (1). Click Start Report (3).

Under Filters (1), show All Activities (2), Completed Activities (3) and Tasks (4). You can optionally change the time period e.g. to this Current FQ (5).

In the filters text input, search for comments and create a new filter for Comments .

Change the operator to contains (1) and set the value to AutoCRM tracked activity:, Birdie tracked activity: (2), and click Apply (3).

Click on Outline (1) and group rows by Date (2) by dragging it up from columns.

You can optionally change the reporting time period from daily to weekly, monthly, etc.

Click Save & Run when finished.

You can add a line chart to help you visualize your report.
