Track Full Conversation History in HubSpot
By default, when Birdie tracks a LinkedIn message or InMail in HubSpot, it only tracks the message contents of the last sent/received message.
However, you can configure Birdie such that it tracks the entire message conversation history when a LinkedIn message or InMail is tracked.
When Birdie logs the full conversation history in each tracked activity, you only need to open the most recently tracked activity to get the full context of what was said. This may make getting caught up with the details of a contact faster and easier.
To enable this feature, open Birdie's options, find the setting labeled How should LinkedIn conversations be tracked
and set it to Each CRM activity contains the full transcript of the conversation
