Bulk Messaging People from a Spreadsheet
If you have a lead list stored in spreadsheet form, you can use Birdie to reach out to the people in the spreadsheet on LinkedIn.
Prerequisites
- Your spreadsheet must have a column that contains the LinkedIn URL's of the people you want to reach out to.
- Optionally, you can define templates or sequences to use when messaging these people.
Copy the LinkedIn URLs from your spreadsheet
In your spreadsheet, select the LinkedIn URLs of the people you want to reach out to.
If you are planning on sending connection requests, note that you can only select 50 LinkedIn URLs at a time. This limit is enforced for safety reasons.
Access Bulk Actions
In LinkedIn, click on Birdie's menu icon on the right hand side (1). Then choose Bulk send connection requests , Bulk send messages , or Bulk send InMails (2).
Note that you can only send messages to people that you are connected with.
Paste in the LinkedIn URLs and choose your template or sequence
Paste in the copied LinkedIn URLs into the text box (1). Then choose a template or sequence to use (2). Finally, click the next button (3).
