Connecting Birdie to Salesforce

Prerequisites

Your Salesforce admin should have set up LinkedIn URL fields for the Contact and Lead objects.

Configuration

In Birdie's options, set your CRM to Salesforce (1).

If you are not logged into Salesforce yet, you will see a popup asking you to log in. Log into your Salesforce account and return to Birdie's options.

Choose whether you want new people to be created as leads or contacts (2).

Set the fields which store the LinkedIn URLs of your leads (3) and contacts (4).

Finally, click Save (5).
