Scheduling Connection Requests for Later

For safety reasons, Birdie limits the number of connection requests you can send in bulk per day. Sending too many connection requests over a short period of time is one of the most common ways to get your LinkedIn account locked. If you have a list of people who you want to connect with, but the number of people exceeds your daily limit, you can have Birdie break the list into smaller chunks to send out over a period of time. This scheduling feature allows you to upload your list of people once, and then let Birdie handle sending your connection requests for you in a safe manner.

Step 1: Access Birdie's bulk connection request sender

Follow these instructions to access Birdie's bulk connection request sending feature.

Step 2: Tell Birdie to schedule sending for you

Turn on the switch labeled Schedule in background .

Step 3: Input your LinkedIn URLs and choose a template

Paste in the LinkedIn URLs of the people you want to connect with (1) and then select a template or sequence to use to personalize your connection request (2). You can choose No template if you want to send a blank connection request.

Step 4: Schedule your connection requests

Click the next button to have Birdie schedule your connection requests. Birdie will show a dialog alerting you when everything has been scheduled. Click OK in the dialog.

Step 5: Have Birdie send your due connection requests

To have Birdie send out your scheduled connection requests for the day, you simply execute your sequence steps. The scheduled connection requests will show up alongside the rest of your due LinkedIn tasks. You will be able to edit the personalized notes before sending.

Note that you will need to do this once per day until Birdie exhausts the entire list of people.

How to view your scheduled connection requests

To view your queue of scheduled connection requests, open Birdie's options and click on Scheduled Tasks (1). You can remove individual connection requests (2) or remove them all at once (3).
