Adding people to your CRM from LinkedIn

There are a number of ways you can add people to your CRM from LinkedIn.

From someone's LinkedIn profile

When visiting someone's profile on LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, click on the add person icon on the right hand side of the window.

After the person has been added, the icon will change to a check mark.

When messaging someone 1-on-1

When you send a connection request, message, or InMail to someone, first wait for the tracking indicator to fully load.

After it's done loading, send your message. Birdie will automatically add that person to your CRM if they do not exist yet.

You can also click Sync Activities to add the person to your CRM without sending a message.

Bulk adding people

You can bulk add people from a search or Sales Navigator lead list. Alternatively, you can access the bulk adding feature manually by clicking on Birdie's menu icon (1) and then Bulk add people to CRM .

In the Task Runner, input the LinkedIn URL's of the people you want to add (1) and then click View Profiles to Save (2).
