Adding People to a LinkedIn Sequence
You can add people to a Birdie LinkedIn Sequence via 1-on-1 interactions, or in bulk.
Prerequisites
You will need some Birdie LinkedIn Sequences ready to go.
Adding a single person to a sequence
From a connection request
When sending a connection request, first click on Add a note .
Then click on Birdie's messaging icon and choose a sequence to put the person in. Only sequences that start with a connection request will be shown.
If the connection request has a personalized note, paste the note in with cmd + v on macOS, or ctrl + v on Windows. Then click Send .
If the connection request has no personalized note, simply click on Send and start sequence .
From a message
When sending a message, click on Birdie's messaging icon and put a sequence to put the person in.
If the selected sequence starts with a connection request, the person will automatically start on the second step of the sequence.
Send the message the start the sequence.
Adding people to sequences in bulk
From a Sales Navigator search
First select the people you want to add and then click Connect . If you are sequencing people who you are already connected with, you can click Message instead.
From a Sales Navigator lead list
First select the people you want to add and then click Connect . If you are sequencing people who you are already connected with, you can click Message instead.
From a LinkedIn search
First select the people you want to add and then click Connect . If you are sequencing people who you are already connected with, you can click Message instead.
Choose a sequence
The Birdie Task Runner will show up on the right hand side. Choose the sequence you want to add these people to.
Click the next bottom at the bottom. When the profiles are done loading, you can first optionally edit the messages to be sent (1). When everything is ready, click Send All (2) at the bottom.
Do not close the browser tab that is sending the connection requests or messages. You can switch to another tab to do something else and come back when everything is finished.
Sending the next steps in a sequence
After you've added some people to a sequence, you will need to send the next sequence steps when they are due.
