Use Sales Navigator to Send Messages
If you have a Sales Navigator license, and you prefer to send all work-related messages from your Sales Navigator inbox, you can configure Birdie to do so.
To make this change, open Birdie's options, click on Optional Settings (1), then Sequences and Scheduled Tasks (2), and change the setting Should Birdie start conversations in the LinkedIn inbox or the Sales Navigator inbox to Sales Navigator (3).
After making this change, any message sent by Birdie's Task Runner will be sent from your Sales Navigator inbox. This includes:
To revert back and have Birdie send messages from your LinkedIn inbox, follow the steps above but set the setting value to LinkedIn.
