Automatically Send Scheduled Connection Requests, Messages, and InMails

You can have Birdie automatically send your scheduled connection requests, messages, and InMails as they come due. To do so, open Birdie's options, click on Optional Settings (1), then Sequences and Scheduled Tasks (2), and change the setting Automatically send scheduled tasks without reviewing if recipient is in the CRM? to Yes (3).

How auto sending works

  1. For non Google Sheets users, any scheduled connection request, message, or InMail that is intended for someone who is already in your CRM will be sent automatically. Someone is considered to be in your CRM if their LinkedIn URL matches the LinkedIn URL of a CRM person record.
  2. For Google Sheets users, all scheduled connection request, message, or InMail are sent automatically, regardless of whether or not the intended recipient is in your CRM.
  3. Auto sending only happens on Monday–Friday between 9am–5pm in your timezone. If it is outside this time window, your due scheduled tasks will show up in the Task Runner as usual.
  4. You must have a browser tab with LinkedIn open for Birdie to use to send your sequence steps. You don't need to have this browser tab focused, nor do you need to interact with it. Birdie will automatically send your due scheduled tasks when it periodically checks your sequences in the background.
  5. This behavior impacts all scheduled tasks, including those created by Campaigns.
