The Task Runner allows you to manage all your LinkedIn engagements from a single streamlined interface, as opposed to clicking through multiple tabs, scrolling through your inbox, etc.

The Task Runner is divided into four sections.
Follow-up Tasks
This section shows you people in your CRM who have engaged with you on LinkedIn. The tasks in this section serve as intent data, helping you prioritize who to reach out to and when.
Connection Requests
This section shows you LinkedIn connection requests that you need to send out. These connection requests can originate from CRM sequences, Birdie sequences, or scheduled tasks.
Messages
This section shows you LinkedIn messages that you need to send out. These messages can originate from CRM sequences, Birdie sequences, or scheduled tasks.
InMails
This section shows you InMails that you need to send out. These InMails can originate from CRM sequences, Birdie sequences, or scheduled tasks.
If you have any connection requests, messages, on InMails to send, you can click Send All at the bottom to have Birdie send everything for you in one click.
How to use the Task Runner
The Task Runner facilitates many of Birdie's core features. The most widely used features are listed below. Learn how to use these features to see the Task Runner in action.
- Birdie sequences: Put people in a sequence to receive a connection request and subsequent messages if/when the connection request is accepted.
- CRM sequences: Put LinkedIn steps (connection requests and InMails) in your CRM/SEP sequences and have Birdie execute them for you.
- Bulk sending connection requests, message, and InMails: Send LinkedIn communications in bulk to a list of people.
- LinkedIn Follow-up Tasks: Stay on top of people who you need to engage with based on who has interacted with you on LinkedIn.
